These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of TradingPlan services (“Services”), provided by Pro Hop Invest OÜ, a company registered in Estonia.

1. Who We Are

The Services are provided by Pro Hop Invest OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean the company. “You” means any person using our Services.

2. Using Our Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
• You may not misuse the Services (e.g., unlawful activity, fraud, spamming, viruses, or attempts to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform).

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

• Some features may require registration and/or a paid subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel anytime through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
• After termination of subscription the Service can still be accessed, but no new transactions can be entered. You can re-subscribe anytime before account deletion to restore full access.
• When the subscription is terminated and the account is not accessed for 12 months, we have the right to permanently delete the account and all data associated.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

• All platform content, trademarks, and software belong to us or our licensors.
• We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Services.
• If you post or submit content, you keep ownership, but you grant us a free, worldwide license to use it for operating and improving the Services.

5. Privacy & Data

• You own your personal data. We process it only to provide the Services, in line with our Privacy Policy.
• We take reasonable security measures, but we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
• Data is stored and processed within the EU.

6. Service Availability

• We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We are not liable for downtime, delays, or data loss.

• The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you may have under Estonian or EU consumer laws.

9. Termination

• You may close your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you break these Terms or misuse the Services.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

• These Terms are governed by Estonian law.
• If a dispute arises, both sides should first try to resolve it amicably.
• If we cannot agree, disputes will be handled in Estonian courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Significant changes will be announced in advance. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
